Crystal Shepard, RN, BSN is a Higher Brain Living® Facilitator, PraxisAletheia Mentor, and holistic guide known as The Alchemy Nurse. With over 25 years of experience in critical care nursing specializing in stroke, neurological, and cardiac care, Crystal has walked beside people in some of the most pivotal moments of their lives. Her background bridges clinical precision with deep presence, allowing her to hold space for both healing and transformation.
Crystal’s path evolved beyond traditional medicine through her work as a director and part-owner of home health and hospice agencies, where she witnessed firsthand the limitations of addressing the body alone when deeper levels of healing were calling to be activated. This realization led her into integrative and consciousness-based work, where science, energy, and human potential converge.
As a Higher Brain Living® Facilitator, Crystal supports individuals in activating their inner organic technology and accessing higher states of awareness, regulation, and embodied transformation. Her facilitation style is grounded, intuitive, and deeply informed by both medical knowledge and energetic intelligence. She creates a safe, intentional environment for clients to experience meaningful shifts at the neurological, emotional, and energetic levels.
In addition to Higher Brain Living®, Crystal is trained in energy healing, hypnosis, and spiritual mentorship, bringing a holistic lens to her work while honoring the integrity of each modality. Her role is not to fix or force change, but to guide others into their own innate capacity for evolution, resilience, and clarity.
